The dean is the chief executive responsible for the administration of the institution and is responsible to the committee through the board of trustees. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the dean has the following competencies:

A- Upgrading the scientific, administrative and financial performance of the institution.

B - General supervision and direction of study programs in the manner determined by the Scientific Council, provided that this does not conflict with the general policies set by the Council.

C- Appointing the employees of the establishment.

d- Maintaining order in the institution.

E- Preparing studies and reports requested by the Board of Trustees, the Committee or the Council.

F- Suspension of studies in exceptional and emergency circumstances, in consultation with program coordinators, until the Board of Trustees convenes.

G- Submitting an annual report on the scientific, administrative and financial performance of the institution to the Board of Trustees in a copy of the administration.

H- Any other specializations included in the regulations.
