College Leadership Discusses Academic Stability and Reviews Academic and Administrative Performance

Dar El Oloum College for Science and Technology held its first expanded in-person meeting of the College's senior leadership, chaired by Professor Omar Mohammed Al-Tom, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The meeting was attended by Professor Ibrahim Mohammed Adam, Dean of the College, and Dr. Ali Wada'a Mohammed Al-Amin, Principal. Also in attendance were Professor Al-Tayeb Abdel Wahab, Director of Quality and Development, and Dr. Mohammed Adam Manfal, Academic Secretary, as part of the College's ongoing efforts to comprehensively monitor academic, administrative, and institutional development.
The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of the second semester, which commenced through full in-person instruction, building on the success and stability achieved during the first semester. Discussions addressed mechanisms for maintaining the continuity and regularity of the academic process, while ensuring the availability of all necessary resources and a supportive learning environment that enables students to achieve academic excellence in accordance with the approved academic plans and timelines.
Academic performance and practical training were also key items on the agenda. The participants emphasized the importance of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical and field-based learning to enhance students' competencies and develop their professional skills. On the administrative side, the meeting reviewed the performance of the College's various departments and units, reaffirming the commitment to implementing comprehensive quality standards and continuous improvement practices to ensure the highest levels of efficiency, coordination, and institutional excellence across both academic and administrative sectors.
