As part of its ambitious plans to expand its media partnerships and strengthen its academic presence, the Dean of the College of Science and Technology attended the inauguration ceremony of the new headquarters of the Al-Mogran Center for Press and Media Services, located in the historic Al-Mourada neighborhood of Omdurman.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by a distinguished gathering of senior government officials, media professionals, and community leaders. Among the attendees were the Chairman of the Supreme Council for Culture and Media, the Chairman of the State Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, and the Commissioner of Omdurman Locality, alongside a prominent group of journalists, media professionals, and notable community figures.
This occasion marks a further step in strengthening the longstanding strategic partnership between the College of Science and Technology and the Al-Mogran Center. The collaboration began when the Center was operating from Cairo, Egypt, and has continued through its subsequent relocation and establishment of operations in Khartoum and Omdurman.
The College administration reaffirmed its commitment to further developing this productive partnership and expanding future cooperation. Through this collaboration, the College seeks to benefit from the Center’s integrated media network and extensive reach, ensuring effective communication of the College’s academic and scientific mission while showcasing its advanced educational and research capabilities across the Center’s various media channels and platforms.
