Bahri University Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Dar Al-Uloom and Technology College

As part of its efforts to expand academic and research partnerships locally, regionally, and globally, Bahri University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) yesterday morning, Tuesday, August 2, 2025, with Dar Al-Uloom and Technology College. The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Hatim Rahmatallah Mohamed, Vice Chancellor of Bahri University; Professor Ibrahim Mohamed Adam, Dean of Dar Al-Uloom and Technology College; Dr. Al-Mamoun Haroun, Deputy Vice Chancellor; Dr. Abu Bakr Mohamed Osman, Registrar; along with a number of academic and administrative leaders.

The MoU seeks to foster collaboration between the two institutions in the fields of research and academic exchange. It includes the exchange of faculty and students, joint workshops and training programs, and the sharing of laboratories, classrooms, and libraries.

In his remarks during the signing, the Vice Chancellor of Bahri University emphasized that the agreement aligns with the university’s strategy of engaging with national and international academic institutions, thereby enhancing its academic standing and broadening opportunities for its students and researchers. For his part, the Dean of Dar Al-Uloom and Technology College welcomed the initiative, affirming that cooperation with Bahri University will contribute to developing academic programs and opening wider horizons for joint research.

This MoU adds to the growing number of cooperation agreements signed by Bahri University with various colleges and universities, in pursuit of academic integration and the advancement of higher education and research in Sudan.
