The College of Science and Technology is one of the colleges that was established and established on a modern educational pattern. It can be said that it has developed rapidly and in a record period as it includes a group of distinguished programs. It is now seeking the birth of the law program as a real addition to this college, and gives a new academic sense and class. Legally, it gives the college a privileged position within the framework of an active contribution in this field.
  The programs and faculties of law have received remarkable attention from the state during the past few years, and the evidence for this is that faculties of law like them and their higher education faculties are working to provide the legal labor market in Sudan in general with distinguished legal competencies.
  The College of Science and Technology House has been keen to prepare a developed methodological plan for this program in the belief that this represents the basic structure for launching this program in fulfilling its mission to prepare specialized frameworks in various legal fields, in a way that meets the needs of the public and private sectors of those legal competencies.
  In order for us to ensure that the study plan for the law program is integrated and homogeneous, it has been taken into consideration when preparing it not to deviate from the literature of preparing plans used in programs and faculties of law, Sudanese and part of international colleges, and the judicial and legal developments witnessed by Sudan and the world during the past few years have been taken into consideration. .
In the interest of the College of Science and Technology to continue its approach in building its study plans according to the standards of excellence and quality, it took into account that the plan is compatible with the standards and controls established by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and a decision was issued by the Dean of the College on the seventeenth of January of the year In 2017, a committee of law experts was formed at the level of Sudan to develop an integrated approach to it.
